This committee is responsible for promoting programs and initiatives that benefit the real estate profession. Members should have a strong passion and desire to advocate the real estate profession, and use influence to protect Agents' rights within the marketplace.
The Commercial Committee focuses on growing the KW Commercial Division within our local market center. One of the primary goals is to cultivate awareness of commercial opportunities in our market and implement training and programs for our associates to capture their "unfair share."
The Culture Committee are stewards of the Market Center's culture. It oversees our fundraising and charitable efforts, with an annual goal of $3,000 in donations to KW CARES.
The DEI Committee will develop and promote strategies and best practices within the realms of racial, social, sexual, gender, age, disability, socio-economic, and religious diversity, for the betterment of KW Culture
The Education Committee is responsible for reviewing all levels of training, assisting in implementation of training programs & events, and improving the overall productivity of Agents in the Market Center.
The Finance Committee will monitor and analyze income & expenses to improve overall MC profitability. They assist in budgeting and forecasting process, and informs associates on the financial performance of the Market Center.
The Growth Committee assists in the overall growth and agent count of the Market Center. Members will work the Team Leader to identify and attract other associates to the Market Center.
The Luxury Committee assists in the growth of the KW Luxury Community, and raises awareness by implementing specialty training programs.
The Safety Committee promotes training programs and other initiatives to implement safety standards and best practices for KW offices, and Agents conducting business in the field.
The Strategic Alliance Committee will work with the OP and the Team Leader to create business relationships and partnerships within our Keller Williams ecosystem.
Members of the Technology Committee will assist in the evaluation and implementation of Technology training within the Market Center. Members will also keep the Agent body informed of new ways to make our processes more efficient, using technology!
